The group was started by Mary Crail  www.marycrailwellbeing.co.uk

Facebook: Mary Crail Biofeedback & Wellbeing in August 2015 on a purely voluntary basis.

This group makes better quality food and non-toxic body care available and affordable to more people in North Devon and beyond.

Monthly group grocery orders are sorted and collected from Torrington Rugby Club, EX38 7BU, with social chat, tea and goodies made by members from about 12.15 till 1.00. Everyone is very welcome, member or not - it's a good opportunity to meet up with us and ask any questions you may have.

We have a voluntary Core Group who work hard to make sure the back office works smoothly and efficiently. We do need more hands-on help of all kinds.

Together we're creating a community of support for anyone wishing to help themselves to more vitality, vibrant good health and joie-de-vivre.

There's a huge shift in awareness, with more and more people wanting to take charge of their own health - the natural and holistic way.

Research shows that over 85% of ill health is caused by poor diet and lifestyle. But where and how to begin?

  • How to cope with family and friends' resistance and reluctance to change?
  • How to develop discernment?
  • How to sift marketing hype from soundly based information and confidently make our own well founded, wise lifestyle choices?

Some in the group have travelled the holistic path for over 40 years, others have come more recently to this way of living. 'Old hands' and 'newbies' alike have experience, tips and personal stories to share. Many have recovered from life threatening or degenerative disease, the holistic way. Sharing our stories is inspirational, empowering and can be transformational for others.

We'd love to welcome you on board
